Juneteenth...The Reason Why I Sing

Hello welcome to this week's Blonde Intelligence with me, Ms. Roni, where I always seek to give you exquisite cranial repertoire. This week I just want to give a brief musing on Juneteenth in my life. A piece of advice that has always stayed with me came from my great uncle....keep in mind that I am from the south. He said guhhh...get all the education you can because when I was a boy you only could get what they let you get. To me, Juneteenth means that I can openly shine my light and talents, not hidden or with a secret few. Juneteenth means to me, free expression...through music, through arts, through writing, through education.....and in the words of J. Moss...since I am a believer I use everything.
