Welcome to this week’s Blonde Intelligence with me, Ms. Roni, where I always seek to give you exquisite cranial repertoire. This week for Black History Month we will pay homage to Mr. Old Robotic, Futuristic, George Jetson, Hip Hop Historic Collaboration Crazy Joint….Craig Mack.
Flava In Ya Ear was definitely a robotic, futuristic, George Jetson, crazy joint. I gathered several traits about Craig Mack from watching some of his old interviews. He seemed to be a very honorable man, truthful, extremely loyal, and stayed true to himself and style. Rappers from Long Island have a history of flowing with their own unique style…no one of them brought the same type of flava. Craig Mack’s flava was bidder badder chitter-chatter…I guess I’m gonna say Craig Mack with perfect timing.
Craig Mack was the first birth of Bad Boy Entertainment. Craig Mack’s, Flava In Ya Ear grabbed Clive Davis’s attention and secured distribution for Bad Boy Entertainment. The remix for Flava In Ya Ear till this day is the absolute shit and is still robotic and futuristic. Flava In Ya Ear introduced Biggie, introduced Busta as a solo artist, gave us more butts than ashtrays….I guess I’m gonna say Craig Mack with perfect timing. Much love and respect, may he rest in peace…..Craig Mack, Black History.
